15 Days Free Replacement
We provide 15 days free replacement on all our products from date of purchase. No charges would be deducted within this period. To be eligible for a replacement, item must be unused and in the same condition at the time of receiving with original packaging. We only provide free replacement facility for defective or damaged products only. Customer can raise Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from previous order page. Once the request is approved our courier partner will pick from customer location. A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier. Once we receive the product and post inspection, refund (if any) will be processed. Refund will be initiated to as per the applicable modes mentioned below. Refund amount shall be credited to the Customer as per below mentioned applicable refund mode with 7-10 days of acceptance of receipt of product. We may request for information / documents to verify your credentials before initiating refund.

45 Days Free Guarantee – One Way Shipping
To serve our customers better and gain their confidence with our brand we provide 45 days replacement window for all our products. No refund will be provided under this policy. The customer needs to pay one way shipping costing only and we will bear the shipping cost for the other side. Customer need to raise a RMA from previous order page. Once the request is approved customer can opt to pay his share of shipping cost and we get the package picked up from the doorstep or alternatively customer can send the product to our provided address. This policy is not valid for an item which was returned or replaced once earlier.
90 Days Free Guarantee – Two Way Shipping
In this policy customer is eligible for free replacement and need to pay for both side shipping cost i.e. shipping the product to us and replacement shipped to customer. Customer can raise a RMA from previous order page. Once the request is approved customer will pay the shipping cost and we get the package picked up from the doorstep or alternatively customer can send the product to our provided address and pay remaining shipping cost. This policy is not valid for an item which was returned or replaced once earlier.
Unlimited Lifetime Guarantee – Two Way Shipping
Once a customer, always a customer. We also provide unlimited lifetime guarantee on our brand products. Customer can get a brand new product by just paying 50% of the original product price and 2-way shipping cost at their doorstep. Just raise a RMA from previous order page. Once we receive the original product, replacement will be shipped. This policy can be claimed for lifetime and unlimited number of times.
- Return / Replacement request are subject to verification and checks to determine the legitimacy of return/replacement request and Return / Replacement and / or Refund shall be refused in case of the following cases:
- If it is determined that product is damaged while in customer possession;
- Any product that has been used or washed or soiled or is returned without non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable)
- Any product not in its original condition
- For returns/refunds, any product that is returned without its original packaging tags and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
- For returns/refunds, any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- The product is different from what was shipped.
- Product sold as combo/ sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
- Replacement is further subject to availability of the product (size, color etc.)
